Over the past few emphasis put on the foot as it is what the one piece of anatomical that it if it fails will disable you right away. So lets talk about thing to stronger your foot(s).
- The correct amount of walking is a good place to start, walking the muscle and ligaments around your foot is important to keep the foot strong.
- Some yoga or some sort of stretching that includes the feet to ensure that you can get the correct of range of motion that you are expecting to be.
- Some exercises foot, can be using barefoot shoes consistently which will strengthen your feet with each step. Or any foot physical exercises.
